Rich Dad’s Cashflow Quadrant of Robert Kiyosaki

Let me share my opinion on Rich Dad’s Cashflow Quadrant of Robert Kiyosaki business and finance book.

The Rich Dad’s cash flow quadrant: guide to financial freedom, was written by the famous American author “Robert T. Kiyosaki”; author of the best seller Rich Dad Poor Dad. In this book you will choose which path (career path) should you take to get rich fast, in other, the book can tell you the difference between an employee, self employed, business owner and an investor.

In my own opinion, after I am done in reading the Cash Flow Quadrant, this book is the best guide if you really want to achieve financial freedom. After I read the books, I decided to start my own business, make a goal and shift my career from employee to business owner and while I am running my small business, I decided to invest in the stock market and buy some piece of land.

Wherein, I don’t want to be an employee anymore. Working for someone else. It’s time to mind my own business and make myself rich (not making other people’s rich). I’ve learned a lot from this book. The great thing I can’t forget is;

A business owner and an investor are far better than self employed and employee. Another lessons I’ve learned from the Cash Flow Quadrant is that someday I should have my money work for me, through passive income. To have a passive income, I should be a business owner and an investor.

The Cash Flow Quadrant can teach you about “leveraging”. Wherein, leveraging can help you achieve financial freedom as fast as you can, the book will teach you on how to become a successful B and I which means how to become a successful business owner and investor.

According to the author of the Cash Flow Quadrant (Robert T. Kiyosaki);

  • Investing is not risky.
  • Investing is fun.
  • Investing can make you very, very, rich.
  • Investing can set you free – free from the struggle of earning a living and worrying about money.

I agree on what the author stated about the value of experience in Chapter 9 page 272
“Once a person gains experience and a good reputation, it takes less and less money to create and bigger investments”.

If I were you, I will go immediately to any bookstore and grab a copy of Cash Flow Quadrant book. It’s worth reading, awesome, unique and most importantly “practical direct to the point” guide on how to achieve financial freedom. The book speak to its title “Cash Flow Quadrant: Guide to Financial Freedom”, the book justify its title through its extra ordinary content. You can learn so many things in this book that’s why I include it in one of the best personal finance book you must read.

What about you? Did you find Rich Dad’s Cashflow Quadrant of Robert Kiyosaki useful? Tell us your opinion. Thank you!

Thought to Ponder: “The main reason people struggle financially is because they have spent years in school but learned nothing about money. The result is that people learn to work for money…but never learn to have money work for them” – Robert T. Kiyosaki
