Step 1. Choose Your Account Type

The comparison of each account type can be seen in their official website. You can choose COL starter and eventually you can be upgraded to COL plus and COL premium.

Step 2. Fill Out COL Financial Application Forms
You can download their forms or register yourself online. See their official website.

Step 3. Prepare and Submit Forms and Requirements

FILIPINO CITIZENS
Photocopy of one (1) valid government issued ID
Photo and signature must be clear
Billing Statement – Recent, no later than 3 months past

RESIDENT FOREIGN CITIZENS
Photocopy of one (1) valid government issued ID
Photo and signature must be clear
Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)
or Work Permit from DOLE
Billing Statement – Recent, no later than 3 months past

NON-RESIDENT FOREIGN CITIZENS
Authentication of a photocopy of one (1) valid passport
Photo and signature must be clear
Proof of Income
Billing Statement – Recent, no later than 3 months past

IN-TRUST-FOR (ITF) ACCOUNTS
Photocopy of one (1) valid government issued ID of the parent
Photo and signature must be clear
Birth Certificate of the minor applicant

Step 4. Fund Your COL Financial Account

Once your account approved, you can now fund your account via BDO, BPI, and Metrobank, you can do it online and offline (over-the-counter), you can also fund your account at COL Business Center and for overseas remittance, you can use BDO.
