World Events and Holidays: A collections of celebrations and events like New Year’s Eve, Christmas Day, Valentines Day, National Heroes Day, Thanks Giving Day, Cyber Friday and any events that commemorates special events, places, things, animals and persons like heroes, Presidents, religious leaders, authors, etc.

Every January we celebrate Global Family Day, World Braille Day, International Thank-You Day and World Leprosy Day. During the month of February we celebrate Darwin Day, International Mother Language Day and World Thinking Day.

On the month of March, we celebrate International Day of the Seal, International Women’s Day, World Frog Day, World Down Syndrome Day, World Water Day, World Meteorological Day and Earth Hour. While on the month of April we celebrate International Children’s Book Day, World Health Day, Yuri’s Night, International Special Librarian’s Day, International Creativity and Innovation Day, Earth Day, World Book Day and World Penguin Day.

While on the month of May, we have World Press Freedom Day, International Midwives Day, World Red Cross Day, World Lupus Day, International Nurses Day, IEEE Global Engineering Day, International Day of Families, International Museum Day, World Day for Cultural Diversity, International Day for Biological Diversity, World Turtle Day, World Schizophrenia Day, Towel Day and World No-Tobacco Day.

During the month of June, we have World Ocean Day, World Blood Donor Day, International Day of the African Child, World Day to Combat Desertification & Drought, World Refugee Day, International Yoga Day and International Day Against Drug Abuse and Trafficking.

Every month of July we celebrate World Population Day, World Snake Day and International Friendship Day. In the month of August, we celebrate Universal & International Infinity Day, International Day of the World’s Indigenous People, International Biodiesel Day, International Youth Day, International Lefthanders Day, World Lizard Day and International Day for the Remembrance of the Slave Trade & its Abolition.

Every September, we celebrate International Literacy Day, International Chocolate Day, Software Freedom Day, International Day for the Preservation of the Ozone Layer, Talk Like a Pirate Day, World Gratitude Day, World Car-Free Day and Inventors Day.

We also celebrate International Music Day, World Farm Animals Day, World Temperance Day, World Animal Day, World Teacher’s Day, World Mental Health Day, World Food Day, International Day for the Eradication of Poverty, United Nations Day and International Internet Day every month of October.

On November, we will celebrate World Town Planning Day, International Day for Tolerance, World Television Day, International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women and International Computer Security Day.

Other world events and holidays include World Aids Day, International Day for the Abolition of Slavery, International Volunteers Day, International Civil Aviation Day and Human Rights Day will celebrate during the month of December.
