For SELL Signal: When trading VIX 75 Index, wait for 5 EMA crossed downward 10 EMA, and close your trade when cross upward.
VIX 75 Index Stochastic Trading Strategy
The stochastic oscillator is one of my favorite indicators when trading Volatility 75 Index in MT5. Just look at the overbought and oversold (80 and 20). You need to decide when to trade when the main signal of stochastic touch or crossed the 80 and 20 (oversold and overbought area).
Trade Volatility 75 Index with the Trend
To trade Volatility 75 Index with the trend, you must choose Daily Time Frame to identify the overall trend. Insert a 200 EMA in your chart.
UPTREND: If the price of VIX 75 Index is above the 200 EMA (look for buying opportunity).
DOWNTREND: If the price of Volatility 75 Index is below 200 EMA (then, look for selling opportunity).
