Must obtained baccalaureate degree, first grade civil service eligible and/or board exam passer and with a general weighted average of 84% in the transcript of records and without any failing grade.

For male applicant, he must at least 5′ 5″ in height and for female is 5′ 5″. Your age must be 25 and 35 years of age. You must have vision with normal range and no tattoo marks or pierced ears.
