The basic qualifications if you want to apply for a job as NBI agent, are as follows; You must be a Filipino Citizen of good moral character and in excellent physical and mental health. To apply as NBI agent, you are Lawyer or Certified Public Accountant.
To apply as NBI agent, you should have no pending criminal, civil or administrative charges and never convicted of any crime. For male applicant, he must at least 5′ 5″ in height and for female is 5′ 5″. Your age must be 25 and 35 years of age. You must have vision with normal range and no tattoo marks or pierced ears.

The basic qualifications for special investigator are as follows; applicant must be a Filipino citizen of good moral character and in excellent physical and mental health. Must obtained baccalaureate degree, first grade civil service eligible and/or board exam passer and with a general weighted average of 84% in the transcript of records and without any failing grade.
Applicant as special investigator in NBI must have no pending no pending criminal, civil or administrative charges and never convicted of any crime. For male applicant, he must at least 5′ 5″ in height and for female is 5′ 5″. Your age must be 25 and 35 years of age. You must have vision with normal range and no tattoo marks or pierced ears.
Required Documents in Applying a Job as NBI agent and Special Investigator
The requirements to be submitted when applying a job as NBI agent or special investigator are diploma, transcript of records, eligibility (Civil Service, PRC, Bar), birth certificate, marriage contract if the applicant is married, certificate of residency, 2 pcs 2X2 picture, NBI clearance, ITR/W2 if the applicant is employed and assets and liabilities.
