Basically, if we only use the Heiken Ashi MT4 Indicator alone, we only wait for the first color of candle as our reversal candle. Say for example, all candles are in red which is bearish and turned white or green (became bullish).
Heiken Ashi MT4 Indicator is very easy to use. You can also add other filter to know the trend. If the trend is bullish the wait for the candle to be bullish and enter a trade. If the trend is bearish, wait for the color of Heiken Ashi MT4 Indicator to turned red before you enter short, as simple as that.
Tips and Warnings
- Heiken Ashi MT4 Indicator can become useful in high timeframe, don’t use it in lower time frame. The minimum time frame can be a H1 to Monthly.
- Also, Heiken Ashi MT4 Indicator will be very useful if you added some filters for reversal signals or the direction of the trends like supertrend indicator MT4, stochastic oscillator, VWAP indicator MT4, etc.
- The MT4 trading platform has the standard Heiken Ashi MT4 Indicator, so you don’t need to download it or download other Heiken Ashi indicator versions.
