keyword research is a great way to know how many people are actually searching for a specific keyword. Also, keyword research can help you know what people are searching for. Use keywords or phrases that people are searching for to increase your blog traffic organically.
But, be sure to not stuff the keywords. Keyword stuffing may only harm your blog post. Instead of going in the first page in Google, your blog post can be penalized by search engines because your blog post is over optimized.
