Are you working hard or working smart? Which one is better? To work hard or to work smarter? There are two types of people at work place. The one is working hard and the other is working smart. In working, it is not the way you work that counts, it’s how efficient and productive you are in the work place.

Today let us discuss the benefits you can get if you work hard and the advantages of working smart. Hard working simply means working with full of energy, enthusiasm and commitment. hard working individuals are untiring, diligent and industrious.


Through hard work, you can achieve many things. We have heard lots of rags to riches stories. Rich and successful men and women do believe in “hard work”.

Do we need to stop being hard working? Sometimes yes. But it doesn’t mean we will remove that character in ourselves. We just need some time and a space to think whether our strategy is effective or not.

We should analyze our work. We don’t want to fall into insanity. we don’t want to expect different things if we are just doing the same thing.

Thomas Edison once said “There is no substitute for hard work.”. Does this mean we don’t need to choose other options other than being hard work to get great results? If you want to know the value of hard work, work hard.

If you are using leveraging, you are working smart. You are hiring or using other people’s skills, talents and knowledge to do the work for you. On the other hand, you will need less money. Rich people do get rich because they know how to use other people’s money to make money.

Working smart simply means using your intelligence not just your energy. You are bright, clever and brilliant. Smart people don’t work hard for money, they make the money work for them. Smart people don’t work alone, they hire people who can do the task better than them.

Working Hard and Working Smart 

If you choose both, in a short period of time you will see great results. Whether you’re into business, investing and working. Working hard and working smart can be your best bet to succeed financially and in your career.
