What if you read a message like “…Your email address was amongst those chosen this year for the Staatloterij winners and this promotion is proudly sponsored by the STAATSLOTERIJ NEDERLANDS. ” and you found out that your email has won prize of 750,000,00 euros ( Seven Hundred and Fifty Thousand Euros) in the Staatloterij Netherland Satellite Software email selection in which e-mail addresses from Asia, Europe, Africa, Australia, United States, Canada, South America, UAE, are picked randomly by Software powered by the Internet through the worldwide website.

Why the sender wants me to send my personal information such as full name, age, sex, marital status, address, draw number (mentioned), occupation, nationality, phone, fax number and my country of resident?
The reasons why the sender want to know your personal information is because he will use your personal information for his other fraudulent activities. He will search your personal information until he will find your bank account.
He may call you via phone to sound that he is legit and not a scam. Then,, if you believe him, he will convince you to transfer money or send money to him so that the lottery prizes will be process.
