My favorite Robert Kiyosaki books are the Rich Dad Poor Dad and the Cashflow Quadrant. The reasons why I like these Robert Kiyosaki books is because these books help me a lot to learn about investing, business and the importance of achieving financial freedom.

The Rich Dad Poor Dad is the most popular book written by Robert T. Kiyosaki. The book emphasized the importance of “good education” and “financial education”. The rich dad is the one who spend his time playing and relaxing because he become financially free through investing and business.

While the poor dad remains “educated” but poor. I would rather be an investor and a business owner rather than relying to paycheck every month. Investors and business owners have no ceiling on their income.

The rich dad poor dad written by Robert T. Kiyosaki and Sharon Lechter push to many people the importance of financial independence and the importance of financial education, investing and starting a business.

The Cashflow quadrant is the continuation of the Rich Dad Poor Dad series. The books teach us to choose investor and a business owner. Not an employee. Because employee also rely on salary while business owners and investors have unlimited income. The Cashflow quadrant is my favorite. It opened my mind. I used to start my own business now and start investing for financial future.

The Cashflow Quadrant also emphasized the beauty of “leveraging”, whereas, a smart individual will use leverage to use OPT (Other People’s Time) and OPM (other people’s money) to make money especially in real estate investing.
