Invest for Future or Buy Things to Impress People
Actually I can buy my dream car and build my dream house today, but this is not the right time to do it because I am building my net worth through investing in mutual funds, UITF and stock market. I could also say that I am a real estate investor because I have bought 2 residential lots near in our town. As the old wisely saying goes “build your farm before building your house”.

Getting My Dream Car Soon

The farm are my investments that generates passive income and “house” are the residential house and car which consider as the liabilities, unless these things (house and a car) can make money for me, then they are an assets. I don’t want to impress my neighbors or friends because of these things, I would rather impress them that I am a shareholder or an stock holder on the products or services they are using in their daily lives.

Update: There is new Ford Everest for this year. The specifications are different.

Ford Everest! That’s my dream car! What about you, what brand of car and type of car you are driving today? Do you have also a dream car? Write it in the comment box.
