  1. I WENT TO THE BANK AND WAS TOLD IF I UPDATED TO WINDOWS 10, I WOULDN’T HAVE THIS PROBLEM – MAYBE, BUT I’M NOT GOING TO DO THAT, BECAUSE IT IS TO SLOW ON MY MACHINE. HOWEVER, I CAN ACCESS ALL MY OTHER ACCOUNTS WITHOUT PROBLEMS. SO IT IS REALLY NOT A WINDOWS 8 PROBLEM, IT IS A WELLS FARGO PROBLEM. I SUGGEST YOU FIX IT SOON, BECAUSE THERE IS A LOT OF PEOPLE ON THE INTERNET TRYING TO FIGURE IS OUT. FIX IT.

When I tried to make international call it has been very difficult to speak to the representative. It is frustrating and I feel helpless and abandoned.   14. Just signed up and have a password and username but it won’t let me in. Keep getting message that online account is suspended and it advises me to get new password. Did it. Still won’t work.   17. I have changed nothing – no equipment or browser changes. WF changed settings on April 5 and now no browser I am using will work. Javascript is enabled/allowed.

    The WF customer service reps have no idea how to fix the problem they caused.
